So you are going to have to forgive me for slacking on getting this post up, but I’ve been sick and just generally unable to post for a while. Last Tuesday, during World Mastercard Fashion Week, I was invited to attend an event by Clarins Canada for their new product Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster. The event was held at the swanky Ritz-Carlton Toronto, and invited were some of Toronto’s most well-known and influential beauty bloggers. I met up with some of my fellow CBB ladies, namely Julie, Jenn and Megan, to attend the event.
Julie, Jenn, Megan and myself were among the first arrivals to the event and this really paid off in my opinion. Despite being momentarily sidetracked by the super amazing candy table, we were able to get our very own private demonstration of the Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster.
The Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster is not really a self-tanner. In my opinion, it’s more of a colour enhancer as it is designed to give you a subtle glow and boost your complexion. It is not designed to give your skin an oompa loompa orange glow, but rather it is designed to give you a healthy, natural glow. I must say that by the end of the demonstration I was very intrigued.
Also on hand were a variety of other Clarins self-tanners, as seen in the photo below, that we were also invited to test out. There was a photo booth, a mini-presentation, lots of snacks, and amazing conversation. What more could you ask for? Keep an eye out in April for my review on the Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster! There may even be a giveaway!
