Day 2: Exploring the Hotel
On day two, there was not a lot that was done. Rather I spent the day walking around the grounds of the hotel. When I wasn’t doing that, I spent it sitting on a sun lounger by the pool. It was absolute heaven.
Ahhhhh! My trip to Negril, Jamaica was amazing. Seriously, I wish I was still there right now. For as long as I had been planning this trip, I knew that I was also going to be telling you guys all about it when I got back. What I didn’t know was that I would have so much to tell you about the trip and my experience, that I couldn’t possibly put it all into one post. So welcome to the first of eight parts of my Travel Diary of my trip to Negril, Jamaica!
So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you’ll wait for me
Hold me like you’ll never let me go
‘Cause I’m leavin’ on a jet plane
Don’t know when I’ll be back again
Oh babe, I hate to go

One of my absolute favourite things to do is to travel. I currently have a stupidly long list of places I want to go. Seriously, this list is pretty ridiculous and it just keeps getting longer because I keep adding places to it, but not travelling to any of them. Well that, my friends, is about to change.
So for those of you who didn’t know, I spent the first week of June running around New York City like a madwoman. I was there for both a mini-vacation as well as to attend BEA for the very first time. Let me tell you, it was all I could have hoped for and then some.
Lucky for me, I got the chance to attend with 5 other awesome ladies and met a crap load of amazing people while there. By now, you’ve read everyone’s re-cap posts so I’m not going to go into too much detail. Instead, you can check out some of the pictures from the first two days of the trip below. This is the part before BEA even started!
Stay tuned tomorrow when I post part two of my photojournal – The BEA part!
